DELIVERY

Stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.

Made to order cushions will take 7-10 days to be made and dispatched

Special requests and personalised orders, making and delivery times could take longer and will be advised when making an initial enquiry.

Please take care to enter your delivery details correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or delays

We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce for all of our domestic and international deliveries at our discretion depending on size and weight. 

 

UK DELIVERY 

Sent by Royal Mail’s 1st Class Signed for service. This service requires a signature upon delivery.

1-2 Business days 

larger orders will be sent by Parcelforce

 

REST OF WORLD DELIVERY 

Sent by Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed for service, which is a fully trackable service requiring a signature on delivery. 

3-6 Business Days

larger orders will be sent by Parcelforce Worldwide 

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

Nervous Stitch is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred.

 

CUSHIONS DELIVERY OUTWITH THE UK

Due to the size and weight of our cushions delivery will be by parcel force global value service, delivery from 4 days.

Alternatively you can contact us and we can give you a price for cushion cover only.

 

RETURNS

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

Your refund will be made by the same method used to pay

We will only accept returns or exchange of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that show any signs of being used or where the tags have been removed.

Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

When sending an item back for a return or exchange it should be posted using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email you to confirm when this has been done. We are not responsible for any charges that may occur from your Pay Pal account or bank when receiving payments.

 

Special requests and personalised orders

Please ensure all personalised details, names and spellings are correct as these cannot be cancelled or changed once the knitting process has begun, we will ask you to confirm these details before starting the order.

We cannot accept returns on special requests and personalised orders unless the item is faulty.

 

SALE RETURNS

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty outside of the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period as dictated by the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

We’re happy to offer exchange for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are resalable condition. To make an exchange you must contacts hello@nervousstitch.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the order.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item please contact us at hello@nervousstitch.co.uk to find out if the desired item is in stock.
